Great experience--added color to my package and loved the colorist and the stylist. Only negative was reservation person on the phone, rude and inaccurate.

My hair looked yellow when I left like it was done with box die! Im embarrassed to go out, it looks cheap like I did it myself! Now I have to redo it myself so I basically paid for them to mess it up

Cassandra at the East Hampton location is phenomenal. I went in for a cut and full head of high-lights, and she spent 5 hours with me making it "just right". I've never had such a wonderful, tailored experience before. She is a passionate, dedicated artist who is proud of her craft, and I would highly recommend both her and this location.
