Warren is available for questions and concerns at reasonable hours such as the evening after working hours. He is quite responsive and knowledgable about many aspects of the house buying process. If he didn't have an answer off the top of his head, he figured it out quickly and got back with us! Warren worked well with our Realtor and made it feel like a family event! Very personal and I feel like I can reach out even now after we have closed for various concerns or questions.
