As a new patient, I initially had trouble with insurance verification which set my appointment behind 45 mins. Despite this, front desk staff were very patient, knowledgeable, and respectful. The PA, Lauren, was very prompt, personable and knowledgeable. I left feeling very confident in my choice of Dermatologist.

This was my 1st time taking my mom to Wharton Dermatology. The staff were all friendly. Jeri Smith and her assistant were amazing. They treated us just like family. It was a great experience. I highly recommend them.

My office visit was a very good experience. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The nurse practitioner and her help explained everything very well to the extent a deaf old man like me could understand. First time anyone ever told me before they did anything they would give me the amount due for each procedure they performed.

My appointment was on time. The entire staff was very nice and friendly. She addressed all my concerns and reassured me there were no issues. It was overall a great experience. I had taken my daughter here years ago and had a great experience. Normally, after being in practice for several years, doctors tend to get complacent, and do not care as much about their patients. This is, thankfully, not the case at Dr Warthans office.
