Warwick Animal Hospital, located in Northwest Oklahoma City, has offered exceptional service for my dogs and me for nearly 20 years! I have a regular vet that I use but she has limited resources. So when one of my dogs became sick I brought her to Warwick. She was diagnosed with cancer unfortunately. When the time came to have her put down, Dr Hanley was fantastic! She was so compassionate and reassured me that I was making the correct decision. She explained the process to me and stayed and spoke with me for a half an hour after my dog passed. When my current vet retires, I will be using Warwick as my main vet. My family and I have been going to Dr. Simon for over 15 years!!! He has taken such great care of our dogs over the years and we wouldn't go anywhere else!!! He is always attentive and answers all our questions!! He is very thorough with his exams! A couple months ago he found a mass on one of my dogs that ended up being cancer!! It was successfully removed and thanks to him it was caught early!!! He truly is a great veterinarian
I just started bringing my best pup here so I would like to share my initial thoughts. Upon walking into the facility I was kindly greeted by the front desk. My pup was coming in for a boarding stay and they had already reviewed all his information and noticed he had an upcoming vaccination he needed and proactively asked if I would like for him to receive it upon his stay. I wouldn't trust any other vet with my high maintenance pups. Anytime I leave on vacation I board them here and I never worry about the welfare of my dogs. The front staff is incredibly nice and efficient and the vets are all excellent. The groomers are fantastic as well.
Absolutely Amazed!!! My puppy, Louie, was brutally attacked and I immediately headed to Warwick Animal Hospital. They took us in on the spot, and rescued my little Boston's eyes. We were previous clients of Warwick, so they took us in w/o question. I would REGISTER all of your pets w/ Warwick!!! In the unfortunate event (emergency) happens to you, they will help.
I cant say enough good things about Dr. RC Hope and his staff. They take such good care of our four legged furry family. Our pets are always stressed when going to the vet but they calm quickly and I believe that is due to the personal touch from the office staff. From what I have seen from Dr. Hope he doesn't give up when challenged with a problem. I don't see him or his staff charging for unnecessary tests or procedures.
I'm sad to say, but I had to find another groomer. I didn't have a problem with the grooming side. They did a fantastic job. I had a problem with the receptionist. About 6 months ago I was looking for a new groomer for my mini schnauzer. A relative recommend Warwick Animal Hospital. I made the appointment and brought all shot records. The receptionist asked me if my dog needed to see the vet. I told her no, we have a vet. I just need her groomed. I had to take my old lady cat in to be put to sleep. The nurses at our vet's office were amazing. They comforted me (i couldn't stop crying) and explained how my cat would be treated. They have the vet and three nurses in there. Two of the nurses just pet and love the pet while it passes away. I couldn't do their job, but I'm grateful for people like these wonderful nurses who are willing to help us and our animal friends.
