The crown color matched perfectly. In addition,both Dr. Brown and Sylvia took care to make sure I was comfortable and free of pain during the entire process -- from delivery of the crown to the small filling that was done in 20 minutes after that.

I am a terrible patient and I generally loathe and fear visits to the dentist but Dr. Pollowitz and Sylvia made it painless and actually pleasant. If not for them, I don't know what I would do. (and I'm not the kind of person who normally fills these things out - they are just that great!)

As always, hygienist Denise thoroughly cleaned my teeth and gums with great care. Dentist noticed some recession on my gum area which could affect two teeth -- I need to see periodontist, apparently. While this is not the news I wanted to hear during the holiday period due to financial constraints, the dentist conveyed the news in such a calm, gracious way that I didn't find it unnerving -- don't ask me when I'm planning to schedule the consult with the periodontist -- cuz I doubt the experience will be as pleasant as it alw... read more
Ann is terrific and I left with my teeth feeling fresh and completely clean. Ann even noticed that I had a broken bracket and called Dr. Gerlein to discuss the problem. There is nothing Ann won't do for her patients.
