Extremely receptive, courteous, and understanding. I had a cancellation in my schedule and called, at the last minute, to see if I could come in that afternoon. That would have saved me from waiting another week when I had my actual appointment. I was given an appointment in the middle of Dr. Brown's busy day and I was so appreciative. She looked after my problem, customized the appliance I was picking up (to fit perfectly) and I left ever so pleased...as usual, I might add. Great service, as always I always enjoy my experience with Washington Center for Cosmetic Dentistry! I had two cavities filled, and the microdentistry process was painless -- I actually almost enjoyed lying there on the massage chair listening to a podcast! Drs. Pollowitz and Brown and their staff do a great job.
Service is there when you need it; staff is terrific and personable and Dr Brown the best. Who fears the dentist!
Not even uncomfortable! Normally hate going to the dentist, but the hygienists are very gentle and care about your comfort. Drs. Pollowitz and Brown are both kind and thorough.

Who looks forward to going to see a dentist? Me! Drs. Pollowitz and Brown are a great team. I get thoughtful, patient attention and expert advice for both of them. The staff is always friendly, thorough and thoughtful with my hygienic care - offering advice and ready to answer questions. My wife and I have been coming to them for years and we now have our two kids enrolled as patients too.
