I have always had wonderful service and care at Pollowitz and Brown. Dr. Pollowitz is the BEST! Love him and his staff dearly. Therefore, I make the trek each appointment from downtown, DC.

Who among us can say that a visit to the Dentist office is a pleasant experience...and really mean it? I can. All staff are so welcoming and friendly and helpful the environment is calming; everyone works in an effortlessly professional manner yet makes one very comfortable. Procedures are well explained to the patient and patient comfort are attended to and is a priority. I have only high praise for all staff. This is one doctor visit I don't fear.

I really love to visit my Dentist. Dr. Pollowitz is always very professional but very personalble and he motivates me to take good care of my teeth and have success. Monica cleans my teeth, seemingly effortlessly, time flies when I am in for my appointment.
Going to the dentist should *not* be something one looks forward to, yet somehow, Dr. Brown, Monica, Meg and the rest of the staff at WCFCD manage to make it just that. Their professionalism, charm, enthusiasm and gentle dental are always a pleasure. And my reviews would never be complete without a comment about how beautiful and doll-like Meg's eyes are. ;-)
I had a dental emergency over the weekend and called Dr.Pollowitz. He was incredibly helpful and offered to see me In the office but I decided to wait until Monday. He called me on Sunday just to see how I was feeling. I was able to get an immediate appt Monday morning. Every person I have ever come in contact with at the office had been pleasant, welcoming, reassuring and professional. It is a pleasure to go to the dentist's office. Never thought I'd say that!
Dr. Brown saw me on her day.. Witth 3 hours notice because I had a problem., She is an incredible professional.
