Vsits were scheduled on short notice and treatment was provided in an efficient and congenial manner.
As I said to Denise when I left, I actually love coming to the office. Never imagined I'd find a dental practice with a staff like yours, from Drs. Brown and Pollowitz right on through the hygienists and the receptionists. Like going to a day spa, only better!
I am a real wimp when it comes to dental work. Drs. Pollowitz and Brown have not succeeded in curing me of this phobia entirely, but they have brought me a long way, and I actually look forward to my routine office visits. More important is the fact that I have healthy teeth and gums, thanks to them and to the marvelously professional, sweet and patient dental hygienists. Special thanks to Denise Strahm, who does her job gently and treats me like a friend.
The work was completed very efficiently and up to the high professional standards that Dr. Pollowitz always demonstrates. The staff was as helpful as it always is. I was particularly pleased, because this visit was a bit of an emergency, and they were able to schedule it very promptly.
Every time I've gone, everyone has been GREAT.A trip to the dentist is so not fun but this group makes it really nice. I look forward to seeing them, which is close to unbelievable.Thanks very much.
The whole office is wonderful! Kind, efficient, polite, caring -- they are the BEST! I was a complete dental phobic. I hadnt been to the dentist in over 10 years, but I wanted my teeth whitened. Dr P CURED me. I LOVE going there now! From the top down, the atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. If you have any issues, they will fix them. And your teeth will look great, too !!! Do yourself a favor and go see them. You WONT regret it !
