wonderful...as usual however as the 150,000th patient would have liked to have received something more than 2 trinket room fresheneers.

I dread the dentist, dread even more getting a filling. I was there for two fillings. It was painless and easy ..the best dental experience I've had. Additionally, everyone is concerned with the patient's needs, comfort.

This was a "routine checkup". But as has consistently been the case since my second visit to the Washington Center for Cosmetic Dentistry years ago, Drs. Brown and Pollowitz and their staff made me feel like family (we were just getting acquainted during my first visit). I was in and out of the office efficiently (no waiting--as is always the case), and left in a better mood than when I went in (and I wasn't particularly unhappy when I arrived). This is, hands down, the best dentist practice I have ever experienced.

All my life I've had a plethora of dental problems, and Dr. Brown carefully and competently has worked through the challenges for over a decade now for me -- I cannot give enough praise for her and her staff.

I started going to Drs. Pollowitz and Brown 15 years ago, after being recommended to them from a dial-up phone referral service. I am phobic and my gums were in pretty bad shape from avoiding dentists for too long. These dentists got me back into shape and I now actually look forward to having my teeth cleaned. The entire staff is sunny and patient, and I always feel pampered.

We've been going to the Washington Center for Cosmetic Dentistry for all our dentistry needs for about six years, maybe seven? Eight? We are a family of 4 including kids aged 4 and 8. We all love Drs. Brown and Pollowitz. But today's visit was something special, even from dentists whose "normal" is truly special. My eight year-old daughter needed two teeth pulled. Emloyees were extremely helpful and assisted with issues that arose during my appointment. I was given several options for treatment, and advised on the best choice. This is the first time in my life I could say I enjoyed a visit to the dentist!

I've been trying to find a good dentist in the area for 4 years and after 2 failures I can't believe I found this place! Such exceptional service and Dr. Pollowitz took time to genuinely listen and do the most thorough dental exam.
