My father was sent there for Rehab . Needless to say, he is now out of there. After less than 2 weeks. He is very coherent and ALWAYS a good patient. Every time we talked to him, he cried, saying it was awful there. When I went for my half hour visit, my Father had lost a sufficient amount of Weight, and looked HORRIBLE and lost. He was regressing , not progressing. Again he was there for Therapy, which, he received maybe once. He was to follow up with a Doc within a week, which was not done. No one seems to know what is going on. The right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing. Misinformation is at a pandemic level. One person says one thing and another tells you the total opposite. Even the facility administrator tells you something then turns around and the opposite happens. Just ridiculous, the chaos obviously starts from the top and just filters down.

Do not bring your loved ones here, this place has been nothing but trouble for my family since we brought my grandmother here. The staff is negligent, and uncaring. Breaks my heart to see all of the lovely people who reside here, probably be getting treated poorly. They rely on these people, theyre supposed to be able to put trust in them...

They didn’t feed or give my family member any water. When she was taken to the hospital she was malnourished and dehydrated and is now laying in the hospital room dying. They should be ashamed of themselves. The cnas sit around the desk playing on their phones instead of doing what they get paid for. They should all get fired and new people hired.
