I really have liked Dr. Mike when we’ve seen him. I dreaded finding a new dentist, but I’m very pleased! We’ve only had a couple of visits, but I appreciate his demeanor and level-headed approach. In general, the staff has been friendly and helpful. The hygienist, however, could benefit from improved “bedside” manner and respecting a parent’s decision regarding dental care vs. displaying obvious signs of disagreement and disgust. Today was our first experience with Dr. Mike. I was impressed. I was very pleased with how patient he was with my daughter, who was not being very cooperative because of her anxiety over being at the dentist. Megan was awesome, too. She was also very patient and kind. She was encouraging when my daughter was having a difficult time, unlike the office staff at the front desk who gave us judgement glares and side-glances at one another.
