A community, not a complex! His is the only apartment community at which I renewed my lease because I love it here so much. All the parks and trails within arms reach! From the spectacular office staff to the maintenance crew that wave when they see you (maintenance guys NEVER usually care that much!) this place feels like a home.
Worry Free Living! Really like my Villa, feels like home without the worry! Nice and clean, lots of storage, quiet, friendly neighborhood, convenient to shopping, friendly office and maintenance staff, mine was completely renovated before i moved in so, it's like living in a brand new home! Love it!
Convenient I really love this place! Maintenance and staff are really good about getting back to you about any issues you might have. The price is a little steep for me but all the apartment complexes in this area are about the same. It's in a good location to go to the surrounding communities (Plainfield, Danville, and Brownsburg) or you can turn right on 36 to go shopping. It's only about half an hour from downtown Indy. Although you are about 15 minutes from 465, which is THE highway around here.
Washington Quarters Apartments These apartments are located in a very convenient area to all types of shopping. Any store you would need, is right off Highway 36. The apartments themselves, are very well maintained. Any maintenance issues you might have, are addressed in a very timely matter. Each unit has a washer/dryer, which is a plus. Some units have a very lovely view of the lake.
Never so much like home I have lived in quite a few apartments in my life, but I have never before lived in an apartment that felt like home. Now I do. Washington Quarters is a beautiful neighborhood with wonderful staff. The landscaping and roads are regularly maintained, the common area of our building is kept clean and usually smells great, and within one year of living here recycling became yet another amenity we could rely on! Verified Renter I think there needs to be better communication between maintenance, especially when they are fixing items in homes. I would also like to see more cleaning in the units, specifically vacuuming areas in the common space.
Run for your life I am very sad and disappointed with our experience at Washington Quarters. This was my and my husband’s first home together, and we wanted to have an amazing experience. It started off great! The staff seemed so nice and caring. Once you give them that money and sign the lease, they throw all morals and kind wishes out the window.
