My experience was wonderful. The office is not overly decorated but very comfortable and easy to move around in, which is good for older patiences. The support staff is top of the line, They were efficient, friendly, patient, and a joy to spend time with. The doctor was very professionally competent, eager to share medical information about my condition, and made me feel like my opinion about the treatments going forward were important to her. If there is such a thing…….An all around pleasant experience with a medical professional. Clean and comfortable facility. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. My problem and treatment was explained in understandable terms. I started apprehensive and finished comfortable.
Absolutely 111% recommend!! From the moment I stepped foot in the office to the end of my appointment, I was treated with kindness and professionalism. With the variety of testing equipment and the process of doing a thorough assessment, Washington Retina exceeded my expectations. Client care was awesome!!
The time of the appointment was respected on the dot. The desk staff were very extremely helpful, especially since we were tourists from France and had to deal with foreign insurance to cover the fee. They were on it without batting an eye. The woman who prepped me for the doctor was caring and totally competent. I can't compliment her highly enough. I had a very good first experience at WA Retina. There was very little wait time. The doctor explained the procedure which I was a little nervous about. He was very quick and very reasuring. I have no worries about my next visit!
