I was very impressed with the responsive, timely collection of my tree trimmings recently. I finished stacking the material on a Saturday and Waste Pro collected it the following Tuesday with its grappling truck. The driver/operator, Eric was friendly and efficient. At one point, some material had fallen out of the claw so he climbed down from the operator station to ensure it wasn't left behind. Always a great experience with Waste Pro. They’re super consistent with the time they come for pickup (also, twice a week for trash which is amazing). Fred and Wilcher (truck 0133298) are always so friendly and hard working! They make sure to take an extra second to wave and interact with my family… which as a mom of two young boys I appreciate greatly! My 3yo is starting to learn about work/jobs and they’re a great example of loving what you do and working hard at it. Also amazed at how clean their truck looks!
Beyond pleased with the services provided by our neighborhood Waste Pro dynamic duo! Melvin takes great care when traveling our narrow streets and he’s always on the lookout for the Little’s in the neighborhood. CJ goes above and beyond by moving our cans out of the street and he always clears any items that escape the can.
