Our neighborhood driver, Valdor, went above and beyond his duties to help with a downed wire today that got tangled in his truck. He was courteous and helpful , all with a big smile. I genuinely appreciated his help! Great service, thank you!!
Customer Service Week...Really... Keep your trucks on the road. Two weeks ago Your recycling truck while exiting the culdasac in my neighborhood in Arrowhead ran over the island taking out several island barriers. After having several conversations with " Management" it was not their responsibility it was a city issue. I was very impressed with the responsive, timely collection of my tree trimmings recently. I finished stacking the material on a Saturday and Waste Pro collected it the following Tuesday with its grappling truck. The driver/operator, Eric was friendly and efficient. At one point, some material had fallen out of the claw so he climbed down from the operator station to ensure it wasn't left behind. Beyond pleased with the services provided by our neighborhood Waste Pro dynamic duo! Melvin takes great care when traveling our narrow streets and he’s always on the lookout for the Little’s in the neighborhood. CJ goes above and beyond by moving our cans out of the street and he always clears any items that escape the can.
