Waste Pro has been a great company providing dependable trash collection for many years in Columbia County. They are responsive to questions, and every time I call, someone answers the phone and provides the information I request. We had substandard trash collection before Waste Pro, and do not look forward to that if Waste Pro loses the contract. Every interaction with Waste Pro employees has been a positive one. This is a good, dependable company.

We recently just closed on a property in Lake City and were pleasantly surprised to find our trash pickup is included in our taxes. Even more pleasant though was the interaction we have had with our waste management team. Beginning with Kaylynn, when she so professionally, patiently and courteously answered my call and questions, to Tony and Bruna our driver and helper coming to ensure our trash is picked up.
