This morning, I forgot to put my trash can out and when I heard the truck coming, I ran to put it out then, but the guys had already passed me by the time the man on the back of the truck saw me. I thought I was just out of luck until next week. I later heard them coming from a different direction and by then I had put the can back in its place. I recently had surgery and there was some trash that my 11 yo son was unable to lift to get to the road for trash day. He ran outside to ask the man if he could help him get if from behind our house. He graciously helped him get it to the road so it wasn't sitting g behind our house. Thank you so much! This is going above and beyond!

I texted Frank on a Friday afternoon after hours, to let him know my trash was not picked up. He took immediate action. Detra picked the trash up the next morning which was a Saturday morning. Both men went up and beyond to take care of the issue.

Waste Pro has been a great company providing dependable trash collection for many years in Columbia County. They are responsive to questions, and every time I call, someone answers the phone and provides the information I request. We had substandard trash collection before Waste Pro, and do not look forward to that if Waste Pro loses the contract. Every interaction with Waste Pro employees has been a positive one. This is a good, dependable company.

We recently just closed on a property in Lake City and were pleasantly surprised to find our trash pickup is included in our taxes. Even more pleasant though was the interaction we have had with our waste management team.
