I would like to update my score after working with their management team. I believe my concerns were heard and will be addressed for everyone on my street not just me. I believe they will put measures in place going forward so what I experienced won't happen again. Not very pleased with her service I live at 6419 creft Circle in Lake Park Indian Trail There was a storm coming through here a couple weeks ago and I cut the limbs up a appropriately so they could haul off any limbs or trunk that was too big so they could pick it up I even went down three houses where my '94 year old neighbor had the same problem when a lamb came down I cut it up for him put it out by the curb well the day they did not pick up my waist but they picked up my neighbors 3 doors down and these limbs and this de... read more
My recycle can and those of my neighbors were scheduled to be picked up on Monday. It is now Friday Afternoon and it hasn’t been emptied. I have made three calls and the customer service agent says she will message the dispatcher. This is on Idlewild Road in Mint Hill and it is not only my recycle can but those of the neighbors for about a half a mile. Disappointing.
