I had a very full trash container at the curb, ready for pick up. The Waste Pro mechanical arm spilled some of the trash on the street while emptying the can. The driver took time to get out of the truck, pick up what was on the street and empty the trash can fully before moving on. I appreciate that the driver was thorough in his work. Waste Pro should be proud of this employee.

Well now, I must say I was mighty gratified by your promptness—two days and boom, a brand-new garbage can delivered like it fell from the heavens! My yard waste wasn't not removed due to the note stating excess amount. I watched from my home while these workers picked up everyone yard waste in my hard where the was more excessive amount then in my yard. I have left waste before on the side that was always picked up with no issue and now today my collections was left behind. I guess it just depends on the day. I came home from work today just to find that one of my trash cans was empty but they knocked the other one down and didn't even bother picking up the trash. Just left it there and kept moving. Definitely the guys you want on your street

Garbage service is super. However I think your email service SUCKS I get an email and am told to log in at the supplied address. However, when I get to that screen I am told that I must supply my service area. I do not KNOW my service area NUMBER. I am told I can find it on my invoice ... however I can not SEE my invoice until I log in WITH MY SERVICE AREA code number. This is a vicious loop. Terrible. The laziest bunch. They find any excuse not to pick up your trash. I called to complain a couple times and I was told by the person answering the phone I wasn’t authorized to complain, my property management company needed to call and she didn’t listen to one word I said!
