They broke one of our trash cans this morning. As well as took the lid of the other one. I know you want to go fast. But damaging my property is totally Unacceptable! And you need to replace them ! URGH! UPDATE: I'm pleased to say, Waste Pro, was very diligent and professional and replaced both my trash cans. I appreciate it very much. Thank you
Watched them take off leaving garbage all over the road! Had to go out myself and pick it up and put it back in my garbage! Stood there with my hands outstretched with the look of amazement at the sanitation workers thinking that they would come correct their issue instead of just looking at me as they drove by me! What a sad group of people!
We are having weekly issues with our pick up. Each week when my husband calls they claim to pull the footage.. At first it was just missed then it was they couldn’t see the cans on the footage.. we bought reflective tape that is very bold and hideous so our can can’t be missed by anyone on hwy 19 and this morning our trash still wasn’t picked up. Every Wednesday i have to wake up and pick up the trash again. What is this? I understand a little bit of trash but something like this every wednesday? Why is so hard to just get the bag. I have lived in 5 different states and this is the worst company ever
I just moved in to a home and had lost 2 deep freezers of food I’m having to fight the buzzards to keep them away from scattering the trash all over the street I put 6 trash cans out and only 4 of them were emptied the ones with the food in them were left I really need these emptied this week hopefully this will happen I’m really frustrated with this and the neighbors are complaining about the smell !!!!
