I have called these people Saturday because the guy on the truck is not emptying my trash. He skipped it twice last week, came yesterday and still did not empty my trash. Going to review them everyday till someone empty's the trash.

Brandy Dowdle is the best! She is always very courteous and helpful. Our company was going through a rough time and she was very understanding and worked with us. I mainly talk to Brandy but the others I have spoken with have always been very nice. I’m so glad we switched to their services years ago. Great people to do business with.

The people I spoke with were very sweet and helpful! Randall Dowdle responded to me so fast and helped immediately! He really loves his customers. Love the southern hospitality in this business. Waste Pro is the best around.

Great customer service. When calling you talk to a local person. Always nice and friendly and knows my needs. Billing statements are easy to read. I have 9 dumpsters in various locations that always gets serviced on scheduled days. If any problems, Kelly will call and let me know what is going on. I recommend Waste Pro to anyone!
