Wast Pro Truck #0633126 on Monday December 29th I witnessed an amazing employee of your company. I have a picture but can't upload here. He was on the back of the truck, and the wind had my neighbor's trash all over the driveway. He made sure every bit was picked up in the driveway. He then went to my garbage where some of it was stuck to the bottom, he reached in and made sure he removed all garbage. Amazing customer service, that I know you may not hear enough! Thanks so much.

Wastepro has repeatedly missed weekly pick ups on my route. The customer service is deplorable they put you on hold for 30 plus minutes and don't really offer a fix to the issue.

Most of the time they don’t show up to pick up the trash. We pay 3 months at a time for weekly pick up and we get AT MOST 3 pick ups a month. When we call to say the trash wasn’t picked up we get told they’ll get it tomorrow. Tomorrow comes and it’s still not picked up. Infact it doesn’t get picked up until the following week. Truly a rip off. Will be switching soon.

This company is awful. I paid for one day a week pickup. They constantly forget to pick up trash at least twice a month. This month it has been 3 weeks in a row with no pickup. I even watched them come down my dead end and just drive to the end of street and turn back around. I have called multiple times, and they say that they can see them not picking up the trash on camera and they'll refund me, which they don't. The garbage man threw my trash can away now I have no garbage can what the hell if you gonna throw my can at least make sure I get a new one so now my trash will just be in bags on side the road

I'm a New Orleans customer. I'm concerned about the trash that is left in the street after the cans have been emptied. I am also concerned about cans that are not emptied. I put out a trash can full of old flowers, weeds and potting soil. It was not emptied. I am not sure why, but I am tired of the inconsistencies. I do not pay for this kind of service.

Today was the second time that waste pro didn’t pick up the recycling in my part of the neighborhood South Lake Village in Kenner. I called and the first time they told me that I had to wait until the end of the day to complain or the next morning.
