Shannon Keys was amazing and helped me receive my second trash can. I was having issues receiving it but Shannon helped resolve the issue quickly. Truly happy with the customer service.
I spoke with someone last week about picking up bulk items. It was never picked up. I reached out again TODAY and spoke with Ms. Nadra who didn’t see a pickup for my address. She put it in and advised it’ll take up to 48 hours to pick up the trash. Well, it took 4 hours and I’m soooo grateful. Thank you Ms. Nadra and the company for rectifying the situation and moving quickly.
All, This is the worse “ garbage” company that I have ever encountered. I have lived in the City of Kenner for 47 years and the sheer incompetence that Waste Pro exhibits is beyond comprehension. The company has failed since their first pickup day in the City of Kenner to workers who refused to pick up trash, inconsistent times of picking up trash, debris and cans thrown around and of course Garbage Pros consistent violation of EPA laws if littering toxic waste in residential streets. Absolutely horrible!!! I've called for a month for someone to pick up my broken garbage can and they are FULL OF EXCUSES AS TO WHY NO ONES PICKED IT UP. I ASKED WOULD IT BE EASIER IF I BROUGHT IT TO THE OFFICE MYSELF. AND THE LADY RESPONDED WITH SURE IF YOUD LIKE.
