We have had to call Waste Pro several times for the Claw truck because of tree branches and large yard waste. If they make a mess they clean it up. They have been on time every time professional and courteous from the office staff to the drivers. We here in Brevard are lucky to have Waste Pro as our trash pick up provider. Good Job !!!

Accidentally called them thinking they are who services my area, so they couldn't help me. BUT the customer service was outstanding! The woman on the phone was so nice and even called the right number for me.
I had to call them with a few questions, and the person who answered the phone was so kind, and polite. I was so pleased that I didn't have to talk to an answering recording which would make me wade through questions, etc. She was also very knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions right away. I was and am, very impressed. Good, pleasant customer service is so hard to find in todays world. Thank you Waste Pro.
The team is very friendly and helpful. They have even agreed to take on multiple tasks around my home. For example, my alarm clocks were not working at 7:00 AM I believe, so Waste Pro continued to show great service by picking up trash as early at 6:00 AM. To make sure that we were awake the spoke loudly to ensure that everyone heard them.
