Our Service has been fantastic this past year, after Hurricane Helene. Our driver is Jeremy Gregg and he does a great job. Always on time, and is courteous about placing the trash containers in the driveway and not blocking the driveway or the road. Thank you Jeremy!

This company will not respond to your calls. I have been calling for months.....lots of months to inquire as to whether I have a timed limits contract with them and while it is put in my call log with them that I have called numerous times, no one gets back to me. Same old BS...the person you need to talk to will get a message to call you. I no longer care if I am sticking to a contract ( if I even have one....who knows). Brenda, Candler, NC
Nice people but service is dismal. Missed pick-ups, assurances of rescheduled pick-up that never happens, undependable.

They pickup same time every Wednesday and leave the can in driveway instead of street.

My mother passed away in June. She lives at my house. To do her part she contracted the garbage pick up. She died in June and I will try to swap over the account and pay off her debt and even sent them an original death certificate and I have had nothing but problems on the phone and they’ve never reached back out to me even though they said they would terrible service
