I commend Waste Pro for an outstanding job week in and week out! Hugh Burrell, our pick up employee, is amazing. He goes above and beyond expectations and best of all, he has a joyful and gracious attitude doing it! Not many folks like him in this world but he definitely makes our world brighter and is a shining representative of Waste Pro. Thanks Hugh and Waste Pro for a great job always.
This morning I was trying to move a box off my lawn, I was using a broom for stability. I became stuck on my lawn. The garbage truck was coming down my block and I made eye contact with the driver(Andres) and Jacques, I started waiving for help. Jacques immediately came to my rescue helped me off the lawn safely. I thanked him so much for his quick help and assistance. I called his supervisor (Alex) to compliment his crew on an outstanding job overall.
Our local Waste Pro has always resolved any issues we've had over the years very promptly. We are very thankful our trash gets picked up twice a week consistently. We live in rural Fort Pierce on a wide single lane gravel road, and Waste Pro in the past 2 years has accommodated our pick up by sending a modified truck to be able to still pick up our garbage down a sometimes difficult road. Our lady that does our normal route is very prompt and always on schedule early in the morning. THANK YOU!
We just moved here a month ago and can’t be happier with our service. The amount of garbage, boxes and other items we needed to get rid of were numerous. Jonathan and Tony have been extremely helpful, kind and go above and beyond to help us. They make garbage day less stressful. Thank you so much!!
Waste Pro please recognize the awesome crew you have on Truck #1314 that runs in Indian River Estates on Tuesday & Friday these guys are the best! They are some of the hardest workers I have ever seen and most definitely deserve kudo’s for all their hard work!
