Allen Moore with Waste Pro is one of the best I have dealt with in the waste management industry. You can actually call his cell number and he answers!! He is customer service oriented, checks up on any concerns, and the drivers I come in contact with are the best and very friendly when I have a chance to greet them personally. Big Country and his helper come to my neighborhood in Arlington TN. He is absolutely the kindest most helpful person. He always has a kind word for me and my wife. I don't personally know ANY trash crew, but I Somehow keep hearing country man, this man n must be a legend. They way he has won the hearts of a lot of my Arlington friends echoed its way around other towns nearby!! Big country and his crew are amazing. We lived in Arlington, TN for 4 years and their service never went un noticed. Left everything clean, picked up in timely manor, amazing to the kids on the street, even pulled my trash cans up for me every trash day out of courtesy. We now live in TX and miss how wonderful each of them were!
