Just a note on 2 of your employees, Anthony Annatone and Darius Washington, Truck # 1621, are fantastic. They have a tough job yet always remain pleasant and professional. When I talk with them, they are courteous and have a smile. They make sure to clean up everything and even pick up the small stuff so there is nothing to blow away. We are lucky to have them on our route.

I live in Ormond Beach and I just wanted to say that my drivers are the absolute best. Anthony Annatone and his helper Darius Washington on truck 1621 are the nicest, politest guys I’ve ever met and I can’t tell you enough how much I appreciate what they do. In the hot sun or rainy weather they are always polite, professional and go above and beyond. The crew of truck 1675 is amazing!!! Always so friendly and courteous. Even under extreme heat or heavy rain they always bring our trash can all the way next to the garage door. Go team 1675!!! We really appreciate you!

Good afternoon, I was just wanting to make sure that the yard waste truck guys called in for a claw truck since the pile of yard waste was larger than normal. I scheduled a pick of a sleeper sofa minus the metal frame. The workers picked it up as scheduled.One of the workers even turned this large pail over and dumped the previous days rain from it WOW I also received a call later in the day to confirm it was picked up

Just had a great experience with truck #109 in my Port Orange neighborhood. Someone parked a vehicle blocking my pile of yard debris from sight. I heard the truck and went out and asked if they would wait to allow me to move pile and they not only did that but assisted me in getting pile to truck. Yes, that is their job but they could have easily just moved on and they were polite, responsive to my request. These guys do a great job of keeping our neighborhood clean and as a resident we appreciate them. Great job truck #109

This Morning the waste Pro truck arrived at 7am and took both the trash and yard waste. The yard waste was due for pickup the day before and was not claimed. This showcases the commitment of Waste Pro Daytona to keep waste removal on time and with little to no issues to customers. Customer satisfaction is their game. Much appreciated. Thank you.
