Really fantastic service! I called at 9am for yard debris and they came at noon with a huge truck. So relieved, I really had no idea what to do with the insane amount of debris from just one bush.

Edit: I’m editing my review and giving a 5 star review, they came Saturday, it was late Saturday but they still came and Matt called me to apologize for the driver and not responding. Now that’s 5 star service. Im The maintenance supervisor at Point Grande Daytona. I’ve called waste pro 3 times Friday notifying them that no one has came to pick up our dumpsters on Friday. I originally had a problem as WastePro missed the first pick up date for my couch. Amazingly, WastePro admitted the error, and then, and this is the kicker, took steps to correct it that respected my work hours and were incredibly timely. The follow-through was impressive, and it's through admitting a mistake and correcting it that it's clear the company is doing its best for the community.

I would like to personally thank Herman, for his outstanding professionalism, compassion and dedication for his job and the customers he serves!
