Been a member for about a month. My first monthly subscription was way over the value of what I paid and very sharp looking. The one issue I had was handled ASAP by their customer service team, who followed up to make sure I was satisfied. this is a great concept, I've been on board for almost a year and every watch I have received with the exception of maybe one I have been extremely happy with. my sub is the black tier so I cant speak for the tiers about and below me but, the watches I have are great
