bought a watch from them... when it arrived it had a dead battery... joined the monthly club and prepaid for a year... after the dead battery fiasco I cancelled my membership and they charged me 20% to cancel... they did offer me $8 to replace my battery... plus the watch was worth less than 1/3 what they said
