Waited nearly six weeks from the date of payment for my first platinum level watch. After several phone calls and requiring a drive I finally got it. By this point I was already over the service. I did get a follow-up email to see that I had received it. In the end I received a Watch called “out of order”, though it is a model that is not sold by them so its valuation is what the market dictates.
