Spent time personalizing what I would like my watch to be only to get a Watch nowhere near what I personalized. Was told there was “plenty” of members that were not satisfied with their watches but that’s what is expected from a “blind” subscription program. Was told there wasn’t even a watch that fit my personalization in this months inventory.
