During one of their live videos; I asked for them to put a watch back on the wheel for my birthday. And what do you know? They put it back on the wheel! Now I don’t expect this to happen every time due to limited quantity and just keeping fresh inventory. But it’s the little things like these that make me truly appreciate their service.
