RecommendedFor starters we live over 3 hours away from this dealership. Why did we end up here instead of buying local?? I’ve been to water world a handful of times and each time has been a negative experience, everybody you talk to from the time you walk in the door is a douchebag, the employees attitudes suck . I definitely won’t be back after this trip .

Called yesterday late afternoon, to purchase a new pontoon boat. Was told a story about how they had one in stock that a guy ordered, but the guy was backing out due to his wife getting cold feet, and the guy was selling it back to Water World because it was never delivered. Jeff, you are well aware that boats are in short supply at the present time and the demand far exceeds the supply. When you spoke to our salesperson on Tuesday he explained that the boat had just become available, was a good deal and wouldn't last long in the current market. He asked you if you wanted to put a deposit on the boat in order to secure it and take it off the market so that no one would purchase it while you worked on securing financing. They posted a price on their website. said no fees or additional mark ups. I emailed for the price to verify as its a long drive. quoted me 500 over. when i asked about the difference they just stopped responding. FALSE ADVERTISING

The only adds are tax, title and license fees. we are always very clear about that, in person and on every page of our website. You did not indicate what you got a price on. Drove all the way from Bend today with my dirt bike for a trade in that had been discussed via email with a manager. I was not only offered less than a quoted “stock” bike when mine has a plethora of upgrades and aftermarket parts but even less than the agreed upon talked about price. Had an absolute horrible experience from start to finish the second I walked through the door.
