They don't care about maintenance (I don't blame the maintenance guys, they are great just clearly under funded and under paid). These apartments are way over priced and some literally falling down, my buddy had his bathroom ceiling fall on him, there were mice, mold and you can smell whatever your neighbors doing like smoking through the walls.
