Don’t waste your time. They seemed to listen to what we wanted but the design was so far off from what we wanted. After going back and forth a few times to fix it we finally cut our losses and hired someone else. After taking to several other people their experience was the same.

I would not recommend Waterloo to anyone. Waterloo has failed to assume responsibility for their failure to provide a design that fits within the scope established. While we did receive a design, the cost of installation was more than double what we told Marian our budget was. We were given the excuse "scope creep can get out of hand quickly." The scope of our project has minimal adjustments, certainly not enough to cause scope creep to account for the cost. What we asked to add was a single planter, a speaker and project... read more

I would not hire this company. I hired them to do the landscaping on my new house build and have had multiple problems with there work. First all the flowering planets they installed died after 3 months and they will not stand behind there warranty to replace. Second since day one they created large puddles of water in the front yard by improperly grading the yard and will not come back to fix. Third the sprinkler system design was not done properly and 3/4 of the yard began to die off. We had to move 80% of the heads to co... read more
