It’s a personalized experience. I have had the same hygienist for years (Niki) and she is excellent. Dr. Waterman always takes the time to answer my questions and evaluate my individual needs.

As usual everyone was really nice especially when I got my appointment time messed up, thankfully too early instead of late. I had 2 fillings and after being numbed up with the "elvis smile" it went by quick and easy which made me very happy.

The front desk is warm and friendly when you enter the building. The dental hygienist is always prepared meaning to me she makes sure she has read my records before you sit in the chair. Her suggestions are delivered with clarity and understanding. You can tell she is passionate about her job! Top notch gal in my book. Dr. Waterman is top notch! She explains things to a patient easily and clearly. She has a way of taking the worry away. I am thankful for the services given to me!!!
