Verified Renter While I just moved in and don’t know how it will be long term, I will say my first impression is very good. Apartment was spotless upon move in, got a brand new carpet, and the office staff were super nice and helpful on move In day. On the second day I noticed a small issue and submitted a maintence request, and the maintence staff was there later that day to address it. Dumpsters are clean, people seem nice, it’s relatively quiet, and the location is great.

Verified Renter This place is fine. It's close to everything. The rent is going up like everywhere but it's reasonable. I don't mind not having my place remodeled for the cheaper rate. It's quiet. The best kind of quiet.

Verified Renter I’d give a 4.5 if I could. The grounds are well kept and it’s quiet. Amenities are nice and typically well kept. Previously the girls in the office were hit or miss but I know there’s been some changeover so hopefully it’s gotten better. Maintenance is super nice but can be slow to tend to non emergency conveniences.

Verified Renter It’s ok. Expected more but some things need changing. Like when it rains I have to walk through the entrance with water pouring from the roof of it. Need better drainage when it rains for the water to pour in the gutters to the side of the roof.

My two-bedroom unit is bright and spacious with high ceilings, laminate flooring, granite countertops, stainless appliances, and a private balcony overlooking the courtyard.
