When I first applied for pre-approval I was denied due to somethings on my credit report. Dave gave me some good advice on how to fix the issue. i took his advice and ran with it, in less then 2 months I was approved. During the whole process start to finish, Dave and Traci were awesome. We gave them what they ask for and they did the rest. This was a very pleasant, and joyful experience with buying our new home. Highly recommend Dave & Traci if you are looking to purchase.
This was our second time working with Tom. We had several delays in our sale which affected the purchase of our new home and Tom handled everything with extreme professionalism. Given the current situation of closures and social distancing he made the process seem flawless. No matter the day he was always available to answer any question and concerns. Experience and quickness
Tom, where do I start? We had a previous lender who was going through a lot of stuff at the time so he took over. He was amazing at explaining everything, good detailed instructions, good personality, great attitude no matter what happened with our loan and how stressful it got. He always had good advice for us. He was always lifting us up (our loan was super stressful). If we had a question at 1 am he was there to answer it, NOT KIDDING. He was all around the best person/lender/everything!
