Carolyn was very accessible and always available. Just the other day, a month after closing she emailed me documents I could not locate. She is very knowledgeable and informative. We live in another state and we’re not able to be at the closing. She made it easier to do than I expected. We thank her for her help.

Carolyn was a breeze to work with and was available day or night, weekends and holidays. There was your typical needing things last minute but this was the underwriters and you'd have to deal with that no matter who the lender was. I would highly suggest Carolyn to anyone looking for a mortgage.

You can't improve on perfection. This was not the first time I worked with Jo.
