We just used Bill & his team (Frances & Elise) for our construction to permanent loan. I am so pleased with the process. It was easy, he worked for us on the weekends, late at night, answered questions efficiently and was always positive. We definitely recommend Bill and his team for construction loans or home loans. Would forsure use them 100 more times if we needed!
