Pam help me work through a refinance loan this past November, with her help the signing went smooth. she was always right on top of any problem that occurred. I highly recommend using Pam when ever your looking for a new or refinancing a mortgage.
Pam was super helpful to us. The whole process of being first time home buyers was initially intimidating. Pam helped us feel confident and informed to make good decisions throughout the process.

I cannot describe the amount of appreciation I have for Pam. When other lenders told me, "sorry I don't think this is going to work" she said, "well let's see what will work for you." I was a first time buyer and pretty lost over all that it takes to purchase a home. Pam was great at explaining everything along the way including what is gonna happen next in the process.
