Sean and his team kept me informed of the status of my loan. I had an unusual circumstance and at first glance was not initially qualified for an FHA. Sean and his team new this was not correct and helped remedy the situation. Best of all I have a 3.25% interest rate...couldn't be happier

Michael is the nicest, most simple lender to work with. He bent over frontward, sideways, and backwards to get me into our house, when others said the loan would not work out. He was in top of the loan the whole entire time, and with me being in a rushed position, did an amazing job getting us in when we wanted to. Sean and his team did an outstanding job of lining up our mortgage financing. Their creativity allowed us to avoid paying MIP and saved us a ton of money. Their communication was excellent and they delivered our financing ahead of our deadline which allowed us to close a week earlier than planned. The interest rate and costs were exactly as promised.
