Sean and his team did an outstanding job of lining up our mortgage financing. Their creativity allowed us to avoid paying MIP and saved us a ton of money. Their communication was excellent and they delivered our financing ahead of our deadline which allowed us to close a week earlier than planned. The interest rate and costs were exactly as promised.
