From the beginning until the end Chris was wonderful and gave us amazing customer service! We had a very difficult situation when our VA appraisal came in lower than the agreed upon sales price with our builder. Chris helped keep us calm and was super supportive as we worked through the steps to get us in our house. Ultimately Chris got us a great rate and we still got the house. We can honestly say that we wouldn't be in our dream house if we didn't have his help. We can't recommend him enough!

Every step of the way Chris and my realtor have been phenomenal. He is quick and responsive anytime of the day. He educated us on some options that we had and basically what we could do as a plan b if the offer was to go in a different direction. I never felt pressured into doing anything that I was uncomfortable doing. But most of all he is such a kind and great guy even though we have only met over the phone and email. Be was referred by my realtor but also some friends of mine.
