Chris creates an incredible experience for his clients. He is extremely attentive and has helped educate us on various terms of the loans as well as takes time to answer any and all questions that we had throughout our process. He is available by call/text pretty much anytime, including nights and weekends. The service he provides is above and beyond. Carrie is great. This is my second time working with her and will definitely recommend her and Embrace.
When it comes to anything that deals with mortgages Carrie is the go to person simply because I know I’m being understood. This is the second time we’ve used Carrie and both times she has been transparent and understanding on what we’re looking for and how to get there.
