Chris is one of those people that not only makes the process of home loan approval seem easy, but also takes the time to explain each and every step along the way and encourages research and questions. I’ve asked Chris questions at all hours of the day and evening, and without hesitation, Chris has been prompt to reply, never once missing anything. Extremely professional and yet makes you feel like you’re his only client. I would recommend Chris to my friends and family in a heartbeat.

Carrie was available, calm, confident and very understanding during my loan approval process. She always knew my loan status without having to get back to me and explained each step until she felt comfortable that I understood what was going on. What I loved the most was Carrie's ability to resolve random issues without a second thought. If she said don't worry about it she meant it! I felt like I was the only client she had.
Carrie was phenomenal to work with, efficient, and always going the extra mile! She went above and beyond answering all of my many questions until the day of closing and was incredibly responsive through the entire process. I could not have asked for a better loan officer who was always looking out for my best interest.
