The entire process of getting our roof replaced was absolutely seamless!! The customer service was so incredible! Watkins just finished our large church roof in Yazoo City and the experience was phenomenal! Continual communication from setting the appointment over a month ahead of time to starting on the day originally set. A huge crew headed by Matthew Hajj was super efficient, finished completely in 2 1/2 days, and the only way I knew they had been there was the grounds were neater than before. In hindsight a good overall experience and outcome. Had roof replaced by Watkins. Roof replacement was and is great. However, I had significant issues with the ridge vent they cut and installed and was played with by the original salesman and the install lead while attempting to get it corrected. When we finally got their QA guy, Ron Johnson involved, and he spent the time to come into attic and see the problems first hand, the crews were back out and problems were corrected quickly. It took months of Watkins working with our insurance and the city of Madison to get our roof replacement approved. Gabe (salesman) was here when inspector reviewed the roof, took drone pictures and a video attempting to repair the roof, among other visits. After 6 months, it was finally approved. We had to schedule the replacement several times due to the drought had ended and we had rain. Roof on main house was finished in a day with a huge crew.
