I’m sure Watkins does a great job, that’s why we chose them. My husband and I needed our sons room carpeted and went in three weeks ago to pick out carpet. Someone came out to our house three days later to measure the room (no problem) and was told someone would contact us with a quote. Poorly installed. We’ve had nothing but problems from the start of working with this company. Couldn’t get the quote right, had to be redone several times. Then they couldn’t get scheduling right. Installer had a bad attitude but we were in a time crunch and needed the work done to be able to move back in our house after storm damage. Installer messed up the flooring in several areas.
