Outstanding in every way! We had flooring installed today and it went beautifully. The sales people were wonderful however the secretary caused us to take our business elsewhere. She's rude and honestly appeared intoxicated. She was fussing at the other staff in front of customers. We were very disappointed. Unless she goes, we will continue to take our business elsewhere.
Very poor communication. Takes weeks to get a call back.
