Jimmy took this file in the middle of the loan process for the buyers. He quickly knew what he needs to be done, to get this loan to be approved for the buyers. He was working so hard, even driving long distances to get signatures and documents from the buyer, because both of them work until late at night, and they are classic customers that prefer to talk in person with the lender and nothing by emails. This was a VA loan and Betsy got it through in less than 10 days. She worked with the buyer to get him the best deal possible. She was supportive and on top of everything so that they could close before he was deployed. She was amazing and always available to talk when needed.
