This is the third transaction I close with Melanie in the past 15 months and the process is very quick. Melanie stays on top of things when they get a bit derailed and makes sure things get back on track, quickly. This last time was a little bit messier because we have a joint applicant, but overall, we were able to close very quickly and without any major hiccups.
