It worked beautifully! I had a lot of trouble signing up to reserve a discount parking space. I kept getting sent to the wrong garage. But when I finally managed to print it out, it worked beautifully!
Very convenient Very convenient. All employees are professional and courteous and were very quick to help me! I used the app and saved a lot. I will use them again when I visit next week.

Fast, friendly service. Nice, clean garage, with pleasant employees. Only issue was that not all staff understood how the reservation and prepayment system worked. A small issue, but training would help.

Painless Made the trip into New York absolutely painless. Pulled in, attendant took car, and off we went! Upon return, car was retrieved in minutes, and we were on the way out. This is the way to park when visiting New York. Price was very reasonable.
I booked this online I booked this online. Everything went very well but the Garage's address is not posted where the actual garage is. It was a little hard to find. Otherwise everything was fine.
Great employees and location The location is clean and the employees are extremely kind. They wear masks! Your vehicle remains in good condition and you never have to wait. One of my favorite Icon lots. It's a great option if you are going anywhere.
