Verified Renter I hate the cement floors. They are cold and cracking. When I decided to rent apartment. The ad said wood flooring. I pay to much for cold ugly cement flooring. I see new apartments developments in the area for the same amount that I am paying here at Wayfare. They have vinyl wood look that are beautiful. The cement floors in my apartment are grey and old looking wish at least they would update to vinyl wood look. It does not cost that much for what we are paying to live here. Verified Renter As my first apartment I think this was a great choice. The rate is doable for a first time renter. The location is great. Being close to the highway makes easy access for me to go to work. I love being close to grocery stores and retail shops.

Verified Renter Wayfare at Garden Crossing has been such a wonderful place to live in! My neighbors are all very kind and quiet. This is a wonderful little community with families and young adults. The office cares about concerns. Maintenance is absolutely amazing and super responsive! The office is kind enough to throw events throughout the year for us. Wonderful pool that is kept up very well. Very close to shopping! It has been wonderful living here.
